Corrections

Corrections Policy

If something is wrong or missing context, tell us. Corrections are reviewed, documented, and used to improve the public record.

Last reviewed: May 2026

What to Send

Include the page URL, exact claim or sentence, what you believe is wrong or missing, and the best available source that supports the correction.

Distinguish factual errors from interpretation disputes. Both can matter, but they go through different review paths.

How Updates Work

Minor typo or formatting fixes can be made silently when they do not alter meaning.

Factual corrections, changed confidence levels, updated source status, and material missing context are noted on the relevant content record.
